Something like this @EmmyCic?
LOL. I tweeted about a spider who moved into my computer room and how I’ve decided he can stay and be my bro. Thank you Eric ;__;
Yeah, the fist bumps are great!
Day 18 of drawing something from some pics that inspire me. 3-4-2012. Jumping Spider mommy with baby spiders.

The first Reptile Expo of 2012 wrapped up on Sunday, and your’s truly was present to show these adorable plushies to the world!
The day was a success as I had the chance to chat with so many people about tarantulas as well as the connection to the wares sold, as well as seeing all kinda of reptiles and exotic pets - ball pythons and all their morphs, anacondas, chinchillas, geckos, pythons, and even axolotls!
I’d like to thank Grant Crossman for hosting the show, as well as everyone who came by the table to say hello, and things look positive that I’ll be present at the next expo in the GTA this year!
— It’s so good to hear feedback from a customer! These words came from the lovely young lady a few posts ago who ordered (as you can see) a set of magnets and a plush B. Smithi.
Today I sent out a set of 8 tarantula magnets to a lovely customer who I hope will enjoy them!
In additional excellent news, Spiderpants will be at the first Ontario Reptile and Exotic Pet Expo of 2012!
Check out the entire schedule of dates at ReptileExpo.ca , and be sure to look for us if you’re in the area Sunday, February 26th!
Hey Plushie Buddies!
Today I packaged this second order from SpiderPants, featuring one Brachypelma Smithi plush AND a set of 8 magnets (4 shown in the photo, the additional 4 are in boxes underneath!)
The cutest little Grammostola Rosea in the photo is my newest addition, Samantha! Truthfully, I have no idea what gender he or she is and I have yet to ask the internet for clarification, but I’ll assume it’s a female, for now.
It’s a new year with 2012, and soon the Exotic pet Expos in my area will be starting, hopefully I should be attending them as a fan AND a vendor this time around! Wish me luck, and watch this tumblr as news about it comes in.

This one’s such a classic spider: The Brachypelma Smithi Plush! Or: the Mexican Red-Knee Tarantula - such a cutie!
Some of you may know this T already exists in Spiderpants the shop, and I’ve decided to feature her on this blog.
As an aside: Ooh, I’m so excited with December coming up! If all goes well, I’ll have a super special surprise on December 1st - stay tuned!
tobyaudax asked: I think your plushes are adorable! I think you're making some fantastic spiders and I look forward to the day when I finally have enough money to buy one. :D Your prices are super affordable, I'm just crap with my money. XD
Why, thank you! <3
Sure enough, my own worst critic is myself, but there’s always room for improvement - I’m sure weirdbuglady says the same about her own things. It just means I have more fun making more plushies!
this wonderful lady makes adorable and soft plush bugs
check her out on flickrOh my god! I want that crab spider!!!!
Where can I buy these? I want to buy these.
One day I will be as good as this lively young woman <3
Moving ahead with the re-cap series of spiders, we at Spiderpants present:
The Avicularia Avicularia! So nice, they named her twice.
More commonly known as the Pink-toe Tarantula, she’s cuddly, soft, adoreable, and can eat as many crickets as she likes.
This post is also in memoriam of Nigella, the tiny 1/2” B. Albopilosum who passed on a few days ago, thanks to how cold my room gets at night.
Jeff, my 1” ever-vigilant Brazilian Black Tarantula, has been safely warmed by being within range of a space heater (but not too close! Wouldn’t want to cook him).
Remember to keep your T’s at the proper temperature, people!
Hey Spiderfans!
Today’s photos come from the good old Grammostola Pulchra or Brazilian Black Tarantula. You may have noticed there’s already a listing for the G Pulchra in the shop, but since it’s my favorite and hasn’t featured on this tumblr, I decided it was time for the black lab of the tarantula world to have her moment in the spotlight.
Hope you enjoy!
